Na Páscoa costumo sempre fazer uns doces mais fresquinhos, para dar alternativa aos doces tradicionais que encontramos em todas as casas… são eles o pão-de-ló, as cavacas, os folares, o pão-de-ló e mais pão-de-ló… este ano além da minha charlotte de ananás (que é uma presença obrigatória na mesa de Páscoa lá de casa) decidi fazer uma "mousse de chocolate caseira". Foi uma estreia… mas foi também um sucesso!
Ahh… já agora… esta receita é dedicada à Laida e à Iracema, as duas manas da minha grande amiga Carla de Pico de Regalados. Para elas fica aqui um beijinho bem achocolatado…
Ingredientes:
- 8 gemas
- 8 claras em castelo
- 250gr de chocolate em tablete com 60% de cacau
- 150gr de açúcar
- 150gr de manteiga
Preparação:
Bata as gemas com o açúcar à velocidade máxima durante 5 minutos. Leve a derreter o chocolate com a manteiga.
Junte o chocolate derretido às gemas e continue a bater.
Misture bem, pare de bater e envolva o creme de chocolate com cuidado nas claras batidas em castelo.
Misture delicadamente, mexendo de baixo para cima até obter um creme homogéneo.
Transfira a mousse para um recipiente ou taças individuais e coloque em repouso no frigorífico durante pelo menos 4 horas.
